Recently we came across various photos and videos of upcoming high profile film The Accidental Prime Minister which is based on the life of former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, which is being essayed by actor Anupam Kher. Now, the reports claiming that the director of the film has been put behind the bar has started making rounds on the internet.

The film which started on the great news and Anupam Kher's transformation as ex-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh garnered a lot of praise, but it looks like the film is now surrounded by black clouds. Several weeks back, High Court ordered producer Sunil Bohra's company's to be liquidated after complainants addressed that Sunil's cheques bounced a multiple times. Now, the investigation is being held against the director of the film Vijay Gutte,  for cheating thousands of farmers by his company Gangakhed Sugar and Energy Private Limited.
Vijay Ratnakar Gutte the son of sugar baron Ratnakar Gutte has now been arrested by the Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence (DGGSTI) in Mumbai for alleged Goods and Services Tax (GST) fraud of at least Rs 34 crore.
Where on one hand, Vijay Ratnakar Gutte has been sent to the judicial custody at Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, the producer Sunil Bohra on the other hand, is facing multiple cheating and fraud cases against him and his company Bohra Bros is on the verge of being liquidated. The producer has been accused of cheating at the time of his successful film Tanu Weds Manu and the court has now given green signal to police to file an FIR against him.
Now that the uneventful news of the director and producer's arrest has come to light we wonder the cons of it on the much-hyped film.
